In December 2006 I was chosen as one of 47 Accredited Space Agents in North America by über.-entrepreneur Sir Richard Branson’s pioneering consumer space travel company, Virgin Galactic. It’s certainly a hallmark of my travel career, and has challenged me to think about what “SPACE” means in our world.
- Flying to the moon, of course.
- Personal space, you bet.
- Sharing space with millions of neighbors, as peacefully as possible.
- Making the world a better space, definitely.
Space Goddess is about that common thread of “SPACE” that we all share. That tenuous link to another culture, another life, another adventure … in short, “SPACE” – whether you’re flying on a suborbital spaceship into the cosmos or exploring the rain forests of South America or giving back to the community in which you live – is the luxury of experience that makes up the fabric of our lives.
